Children’s Choir sing in Platinum Jubilee concert

Young Taplow Choirs members were privileged to sing in the UK premiere of a work by Cecilia MacDowall, in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

Last evening, the 16 children in the photo below made us very proud. They sang the Children’s Choir role in the UK premiere of Jubilate Deo, a work by Cecilia MacDowall. The performance took place in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

It was a great privilege to be chosen for this prestigious concert with four local adult choirs. They also joined in Walton’s arrangement of the National Anthem and ‘We’ll Meet Again‘ accompanied by the Orpheus Orchestra.
